| At Loose Goose Ranch we hand pick, carefully transport and mill our crop of olives in hopes of making some of the finest private labeled California Extra Virgin olive oil. Our oils along with sauces and other olive products will be available to the top chef's in restaurants to the top chef in the household kitchen. Our eighty plus year old trees are healthy and mature with plenty of fruit set each year. Our fruit is organic and within a few years we hope to be certified as an organic grower. Currently we have 250 mature producing trees. We plan on replanting 150 or more trees over the next five years. We will provide limited sales of oil in small and large bottles. Larger sizes for commercial use. Our olives are also sold to larger processors to make oil, soaps, sauces and more! |
